The European PropTech Association proudly announces the 6th edition of the Startup & Scale Up Europe Awards, a hallmark event showcasing the brightest innovators in property, real estate and sustainable technology. This prestigious competition, commencing on February 1st 2024, invites submissions until August 15th 2024, offering a unique platform for startups and scale-ups to present their groundbreaking solutions.
The event’s significance lies in its rigorous evaluation process, with a panel of over 70 industry experts assessing submissions from June 1st to August 20th 2024, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and industry impact.

Opening
The new European PropTech Contech Association Startup Scale-Up Awards Europe competition opens from 1st of February 2024.
Application Process
Submissions to take part open from 1st of February 2024 until August 15th 2024.
Assessment of Submissions
The jury will judge and assess submissions remotely from 1 June 2024 until 20th of August 2024.
Announcement of the Shortlisted Top 50
The Top 50 shortlisted Startups and Scale-ups will be announced on August the 21st, 2024.
Semi-Finalist & Finalist Pitches
The top submissions will make their way through to the semi-final for in-person pitching on the 17th & 18th of September 2024. This will take place during the Realty 2024 Summit, Belgium’s Largest Real Estate Conference.
