We are happy to announce the winner of the PropTech StartUp and ScaleUp Europe Awards 2020!
This year’s prize goes to Wondrwall Group!
Wondrwall Group is a British company that has developed an intelligence system for smart homes, giving homes brains the knowledge to control themselves. It does so by embedding over 100 sensors in the home that monitor occupancy patterns and how the home performs environmentally, and by applying data analysis and machine learning.
In turn, the occupant of the home saves energy, is more comfortable, kept safe, without having to do anything themselves.
Wondrwall Group will now receive a prize award of €10,000 in services, receive coaching, support and advice to apply for funding programs such as Horizon 2020, access to workspace, and recognition on a European level, including access to top investors.
We would like to thank the European Commission, Finnova Foundation Workero, the President of the European Parliament, the President of the Committee of the Regions, the Vice-President of the Economic and Social Committee and several members from the European Parliament for supporting and promoting this year’s awards. A big thank you goes out to Propel by MIPIM for the support and for allowing us to host the awards at such a large-scale event.
We would also like to thank all the jury’s industry experts, from across Europe, and of the national members of PropTech House for all their hard work in organising these awards, which were powered by FINNOVA (EU) and Juan Manuel Revuelta Pérez.

This year’s PropTech StartUp and Scaleup Europe Awards was the second edition of the first European initiative to give visibility and support to the most promising start-ups and scale-ups in innovation in real estate.
